• What support groups are there for women in the Phoenix area? [Not sure. Anyone out there know?]

• Any poz social/support groups down in the Cochise County, Arizona area? [Doesn't sound like it. Do you know of one?]

• HIV was engineered by the government. [Not. The latest is that scientists think the virus began spreading between 1884 and 1924 in sub-Saharan Africa. The oldest confirmed cases of HIV are from 1960 and 1959.]

• There's a cure for HIV. [Not. We wish!! Just LOTS of meds.]

• The drugs cause HIV. [If that was true, no one would have died before 1985 when the meds started appearing. The truth is that people were dying in large numbers until 1996 when the Protease Inhibitor drugs started becoming available.]
