Provides case management services for HIV+ individuals. A good "first place" to get plugged into the system.
For Positive Men - ForPM.org
A peer lead HIV+ social/support group for men (heavy on the social). A great place to ask questions and get ideas on what to do next.
Southwest Center - SWHiv.org - 602-307-5330
Offers a wide range of services, including wellness programs, a low/no cost Vitamin and Herb Shop, behavioral health, support groups, Positive Pals (one-on-one support), Child Watch (child care), the Agnes Pet Fund, and clinical trials. (Many still refer to them by their old name, Body Positive.)
