Yea, right!

While may people use condoms more often than not, we've yet to meet anyone who's uses them 100% of the time.

There's always that occasion when you're down, or depressed, or happy, or drunk, or in love, or in heat, or whatever where it just doesn't happen.

Expecting that people will do something 100% of the time is not realistic. Think how many times you've left your zipper down, or not looked before crossing the street or when driving your car, or forgotten an important event. Things happen.

Rather then just stressing one thing like always use condoms, it might be much better to discuss all the ways you can prevent or lessen the transmission of the HIV virus.
