While there are (sadly) more and more people testing positive every day, the vast majority of gay men, traditionally one of the biggest risk groups in the U.S., are still HIV-. The odds are you won't get HIV unless you're very careless or very unlucky.

While there are no guarantees in life, odds are you can stay HIV-. And the "hassle" of staying negative is worth it.
